Meal planning includes making a list of what will be eaten for each meal over a period of time. It can include making a grocery shopping list, budgeting, reading a recipe, using a calendar. Meal planning can foster healthy eating habits.
Use the list of ingredients to fill in the blanks for each simple recipe. Do your best to determine which ingredient belongs to each recipe. Be sure to follow your handwriting rules!
Use the attached healthy food and drink options to plan a day with some healthy meals and snacks. Try to use a variety of grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and protein choices.
